Rates Charged? Charged by the hour at $35 plus GST.
How often is the work done? This is largely guided by the service your business requires. Many of our clients prefer monthly documentation collections (bank statements, all debits and credits information) while others prefer quarterly or weekly. The frequency required will be guided by the volume of transactions your business accumulates. It is also dependant on the level of service you require, see below.
On-site or at an office? Also dependant on your business needs, work can be completed either on your premises using your computers, or our laptop, or documents can be collected and then completed at our office. Depending on the volume of data entry required, some businesses are better to have weekly visits to keep everything up to date. If your business needs to access reports frequently, then a more regular schedule is required.
MYOB or Quickbooks? Trained in both MYOB and Quickbooks software, the consultant can discuss with you the more approriate program to use. This will depend on what software you currently have/don't have, what your accountant prefers and what you are most comfortable using.
